What are ceramic glass?
Ceramic glass, a material with fascinating qualities. It mainly consists of natural raw materials, e.g. quartz sand that can be found in nearly endless quantities.
It has double properties of glass and ceramic, and there are no rules for the atomic arrangement inside the ordinary glass, which is one of the reasons why glass is fragile. Ceramic glass, like ceramic, is composed of crystals, which means that its atomic arrangement is regular. Therefore, the ceramic glass has a higher brightness than ceramic and is stronger than glass.
What special properties does the ceramic glass have?
Due to its low coefficient of thermal expansion(close to zero), ceramic glass is extremely temperature-stable and resistant against abrupt temperature shocks up to 1400°F(750°C).
